HR Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies & procedures, Handbook that comply with local laws and regulations. • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as attendance, leave, and benefits. • Handle employee disputes, and disciplinary problems, propose to Company Ian appropriate course of action. • Good knowledge in Employee relations handling process and procedure. • Excellent people management skills, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, organization skills, excellent presentation skills, problem solving skills and decision-making skills. • Managing monthly payroll, collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll systems. • Manage all statutory to ensure the payment contributions (Tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and etc) are submitted in a timely manner. • Assist in the preparation of any tax related form: EA form , year-to-date reports and CP21/CP22. • Deal with company subsidiary company in China, South Africa, Canada, US, Europe, Malaysia and HQ in Singapore. • Drafting & coordination of performance appraisal process for all level of employee. • Drafting and update employee handbook. • Other duties may be assigned from time to time. Admin Responsibilities: • Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment. • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. • Assist with Sales & Marketing. • Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management, and IT support. • Handle all HR & admin related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
