Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource allocation, while coordinating with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components for fire suppression systems. 2. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to address any delays or production issues. 3. Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team by hiring, training, and managing performance, while assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. 4. Conduct regular team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. 5. Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output while maintaining product integrity and compliance with fire safety standards. 6. Utilize performance metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements and operational excellence. 7. Ensure that all fire suppression systems and components meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. 8. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or defects 9. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications 10. Enforce safety protocols and ensure production operations comply with health, safety, and fire safety regulations. 11. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment used in the manufacturing of fire suppression systems. 12. Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials and overhead, while maintaining high standards of products quality. 13. Program, run and monitor CNC machines, which are used to make metal tools and parts. Ensures that the machines are operating correctly and that pieces are cut to perfection. Perform maintenance on the machines and replace dull or aged parts as necessary. Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts. Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs. 14. Program, run, monitor, troubleshoot and maintenance of Robotic automation steel roller machine. 15. Program, run, monitor, troubleshoot and maintenance of Robotic automation for inside and outside welding.
