Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or related field - Minimum 2 years working experience in New Product Introduction, Design & development or Process Engineering however, fresh graduates are encourage welcome to apply - Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English written & spoken - Able to multitask & work under minimum supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills Scope of Duties 1. NPI (New Product Introduction) - Establish product process methods based on Japanese assembly techniques. - Prepare and manage the 4M for new products up to mass production: a) Man: Train manufacturing operators and engineers. b) Machine: Ensure machine conditions are optimal. c) Material: Estimate and prepare materials required for training and production. d) Method: Establish, manage, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new products. - Liaise with Japan on adjusting jigs, tools, and fixtures for new products. - Monitor and ensure the stability of new products post-mass production. - Conduct risk assessments for new product introductions. 2. Quality - Investigate and analyze root causes when abnormalities occur, and develop corrective actions. - Issue or revise procedures when there are changes in 4M or new technologies, ensuring proper understanding and compliance in manufacturing. - Control and monitor changes in 4M, while assessing manufacturing operation risks. 3. Productivity & Cost - Improve productivity by promoting standardized and simplified work processes. - Develop new manufacturing technologies and processing methods. - Enhance machine accuracy and introduce new technologies. - Develop new devices and jigs/tools for improved efficiency.
