Continuous Improvement Engineer

Analyze production and operating data to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, tools and processes. Follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, appropriate support, and achievement of expected benefits. • Develop new approaches to solve problems found during process activities and evaluate and implement the industry standard best practices including Six Sigma, Kaizen and related continuous improvement tools to propose and implement process improvements in all levels of the production process. • Identify and correct unsafe conditions or practices to assure a safe work environment for all employees. • Provide management oversight, technical support and training across the organization to drive short and long term process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. • Plans the use of equipment and personnel to meet requirements, including department guidelines, layout and improvement. Recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines. • Develops plans for implementing improvements in compliance with safety and ISO standard and monitors the new processes to ensure they work as intended. • Work with corporate and management support teams including, engineering, logistics and manufacturing to lead company, production, process, training and reporting. • Handling all related documentation; generating reports to upper person; liaise with related departments and to give full cooperation among to achieve the ultimate goal of company. • Ensures that the organizational structure has been reviewed and the resources and safety are aligned for the improvement and transformation. • Drive the introduction / implementation of 5S and related tools.
