Commodities Trading Manager

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, brokers, and internal teams. Conduct market analysis to identify trading opportunities and execute transactions for physical commodities. Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, logistics, and financial reporting. Manage procurement, logistics, delivery, and payment cycles for smooth trade operations. Monitor market trends and implement strategies to mitigate trading risks. Handle import/export documentation in line with local and international regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3-5 years in commodities trading (preferably in palm kernel shell, carbon, graphite, or similar). Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with trade documentation, logistics, and supply chain management. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
