Analyze and report on digital marketing performance and ROI. Sales Performance Analysis: 1) Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance and customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, sales dashboards, and other relevant tools. 2) Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and take appropriate action to optimize performance. 3) Provide regular reports and insights on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Customer Experience: 1) Ensure a seamless and positive experience for online customers, addressing any issues related to the online shopping process. 2) Implement customer service policies and improve customer support for online orders. 3) Focus on customer retention and loyalty programs, including implementing feedback and recommendations. Inventory & Order Management: 1) Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure stock levels are maintained for online sales. 2) Oversee the order fulfillment process, from order placement to shipment, ensuring timely deliveries. 3) Manage returns and exchanges processes. Team Leadership & Collaboration: 1) Lead and manage the e-commerce team (if applicable) by providing guidance, support, and training. 2) Collaborate with IT, design, marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. 3) Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends. Budget & Financial Management: 1) Create and manage budgets for e-commerce activities, ensuring the effective use of resources. 2) Monitor and control spending, ensuring profitability and financial efficiency.
