Job Description: • Attend to all secretarial and administrative duties including confidential matters as assigned • Record on all the documentation and distribution to the respective department • Scanning and indexing daily incoming and outgoing post in addition to other documents • Answering telephone calls from switchboard and directing to the relevant department • Organizing and coordinating meetings, arrange appointments, recording and distributing meeting minutes for manager and team • Setting up meeting rooms, including IT set up, and serving refreshments to clients • Covering all secretarial office assistant tasks as required • Maintain detail filling systems • Follow-up and report to the manager • Other general duties and ad-hoc functions required by the manager from time to time Requirements: • Possess minimum Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the same field of work • Good command in both oral and written English & Bahasa • Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications • Good interpersonal skill with a pleasant personality • Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
