Customer Service Officer (Mandarin Speaker, Female)
Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
Respond to customer and member enquiries, feedback, and requests in a
timely manner.
Utilize in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand’s image.
Handle sales and membership transactions efficiently and accurately.
Proactively follow up on customer enquiries, feedback, and requests.
Engage with customers regularly to inform them about promotions and new
product launches.
Perform daily stock-taking to ensure inventory accuracy.
Leverage basic beauty knowledge (if applicable) to enhance customer
experience.
Undertake any ad-hoc projects or duties related to sales as assigned.
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to
join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and members by providing excellent service and fostering lasting relationships.
Monthly staff incentive in accordance with company policy (average RM2,000
per month).
Annual leave: Starting from 14 days, up to a maximum of 21 days based on
length of service (pro-rated for partial years).
