  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you'll drive recruitment, performance management, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Rather than recruit for the usual dinosaur job titles, do you enjoy the challenge of mixing and matching talent for the myriad of new job titles emerging in the digital age?

Performance Management: Do you have what it takes to design and build a new division KPI from scratch?

Remote Work Requirements:

Expertise: Proven mastery in remote HR, including task execution, engagement, and workforce management.

Tools: Experience with Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Zoom, Skype, and Teams.

Self-Discipline: High levels of self-discipline and effective time management.

Communication: Constant, transparent communication with remote teams.

Note: Previous remote work experience is essential for success.

Your “WOW” Factor:

Experience: 4+ years in Senior HR, especially in digital or startup environments.

Analytical Skills: Navigate data and drive growth with your analytical skills.

Leadership: Command the HR ship with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
