As the Personal Assistant/Admin at Future Farms Sdn Bhd, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless administrative operations. This includes managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing HR functions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with government agencies and internal stakeholders, contributing to the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in the agrifood sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Invoicing & Payments

- Prepare and send invoices promptly.

- Match invoices with signed Delivery Orders (DO).

- Generate and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA).

- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.

2. Payroll Management

- Prepare monthly payroll for HQ staff and workers, covering basic pay, overtime (OT), and public holidays (PH).

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.

3. Financial Tracking

- Maintain up-to-date payables and petty cash records.

- Arrange payments for payroll, statutory contributions, rental, and other liabilities.

4. HR Management

- Administer the HR platform for claims and leaves.

- Maintain accurate employee records, tracking probation and full-time statuses.

5. Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure proper filing of financial and regulatory documents (e.g., SSM certificates, receipts, and invoices).

- Liaise with relevant authorities for compliance and regulatory tasks.

6. Data Entry

- Input data into accounting software for fiscal year-end management accounts.

7 . Ad-Hoc Duties

- Support any additional administrative tasks as directed by the management.

Experienced Required

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative, financial, or HR roles, preferably within

agrifood or related industries.

- Proven experience in payroll management and handling government-related compliance

matters.

- Strong familiarity with invoicing, accounts payable, and petty cash management.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
