Job Description
- Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with rules and regulations.
- Develop and maintain proper QHSSE documentation control process both electronic and hard copy filing system according to Safety ISO procedures to ensure efficient management.
- Managing and maintaining safety documentation on project site including setting up new job till project close out to ease on documentation retrieval.
- To manage, upgrade and sustain Safety ISO Certification for Project Department.
- To execute and monitor the implementation, maintenance and performance of QHSSE practices.
- To carry out QHSSE Audit and inspection periodically to assess of QHSSE requirements and provide report upon audit to Superior.
- To manage, improve and maintain Safety Facilities and Equipment records.
- To liaise with relevant Government and/or relevant Local Authorities (i.e. CIDB, JKKP, etc.)
- To coordinate and provide secretarial support to OSH Committee Meetings and updates.
- To assist with Safety activities (i.e. Safety Event, Office Fire Drill, etc.)
- Responsible and accountable towards the establishment of effective Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment Management program .
- Monitoring compliance with the safe work procedures.
- Insisting on correct and QHSSE practices at all times.
- Stimulating a high level of safety awareness at all times.
- Provide full support on secretarial and administration to the project team – office based or on site.
- Assist with Procurement for Project Site materials / items.
- Assist with Petty Cash and General Worker Salary arrangement.
- Assist Project Support Manager in internal and external audit on Project Department ISO to ensure the sustainability of the processes.
- Assist in Logistic Management and Waste Management as and when required.
- Maintain and improve order administration process and working instructions.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in Safety for Construction, Interior Design and/or Management will be an advantage.
- Certified OSH Coordinator will be the added mark.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to effectively carry out duties within tight time frames.
- Meticulous with strict attention for details.
- Self-motivator, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
- Possess own transport.
- Having Safety knowledge
