Job Description :
- To handle GL full set of Accounts
- To generate service charges/sinking fund and miscellaneous billings.
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
- Checking of edit listing for AR & GL entry
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare Audit Schedules and Tax Schedules
- To issue cheque payment and receipts
- To perform daily collection reporting
- To update bank in slip and bank statement
- To ensure all receipts issuance is in running sequence number
- To attend to purchaser enquiry and provide the solution
Qualification :
Level of Education: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 – 5 years working experience in accounts
Discipline/Related Field: Finance & Accounting in Developer Industry
Job Type: Full-time
