  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, following standard serving procedures and ensuring proper table settings.
  • Responsible for the setup, arrangement, and cleaning of tables and dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and address any concerns or complaints with a professional and positive attitude, escalating issues to the F&B Supervisor or Manager if necessary.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and accuracy in order preparation.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide detailed information to guests.
  • Suggest and up-sell menu items to enhance the dining experience and contribute to revenue generation.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, process payments, and return change to guests as required.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about special events, menu changes, and any other relevant information.
  • Assist in the inventory management of food and beverage supplies, reporting shortages or damages as necessary.
  • Support the F&B team during events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Ormond Group's policies and procedures, including those related to dress code and conduct.
  • To assist F&B Manager by leading the food and beverage service staff in facilities in F&B Operations in Ormond Group.
  • Ensuring that the work environment is safe by following all local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety; complying with HALAL and HACPP food safety guidelines.
  • Monitoring the quality of food products to ensure they meet clients' and company standards
  • Establishing and enforcing rules regarding employee conduct and workplace safety procedures to ensure the safety of all staff members
  • Monitoring inventory levels of food products to ensure they are consistent with sales trends over time
  • Analyzing customer data to determine preferences and purchasing patterns so that new products canbe added to the menu or existing products can be discontinued if they are not selling well.
  • Manage Incidents and complaints.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Previous cashier experience is a plus.
