Manager, Revenue Growth Management


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Responsible to develop an effective and customized revenue growth management (RGM) strategy to enable true potential across product categories, brands, sales channels and markets. Enhancing management’s decision making capabilities and increase revenue and profit margins.

  • Develop and implement RGM strategy through 1. Pricing Strategy, 2. Promotional Strategy, 3. Trade Architecture, 4. Mix Management, and 5. Innovative and assortment, to maximise the revenue.
  • Establish guidelines and drive analytic, insights and actions for Pricing Strategy, Mix Management, Promotion Optimisation, Trade Architecture and Portfolio.
  • Maximise price realization and lead the financial modelling of price recommendations for all pricing actions. Establish a multi-year occasion-based pricing strategy.
  • Optimise trade investment and provide guidelines for promotions to maximise ROI and perceived value for customers and shoppers. Create trade repository to track and evaluate investments. Create a track investment strategy aligned across the key commercial teams.
  • Lead trade architecture development to clearly establish a strategy across channels and retail environments.
  • Identify opportunities to drive mixed actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics or related field (Business), MBA or professional finance certificate.
  • Minimum 10 yrs of proven experience in RGM or commercial finance role, preferably from FMCG industry background.
  • Strong understanding of planning & budgeting.
