As a operation executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operation team by developing and implementing various programs, collaborations, and initiatives related to product and process development, financing, technology, and compliance with standards.

Roles/Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Review disbursement request and supporting documents related to disbursement as to ensure compliance of the approved terms and conditions in the Letter of Offer (LO), Approved Term Sheet (ATS) and related product guidelines prior to disbursement approval.
- Monitor and undertake proactive measures in early identification and detection of doubtful transactions such as preventing fraud documentation and double financing.
- Engagement with various departments such as change management, risk, credit and other related departments in order to expedite and improve the disbursement process.
- Conduct verification with the paymaster on the contract and other relevant financing details and to ensure all proceeds to be channeled into the specific collection account prior to utilization of the facilities.
- Conduct verification with the supplier to confirm the financing terms and conditions and other relevant details especially for pre-financing facilities.
- Conduct paymaster physical site visit & client’s meeting, if required prior to the financing disbursement.
- Monitor the performance and expiry date of the approved contract and record in the Operations Paymaster Database.
- Send the disbursement exceptional report to the Relationship Manager (RM)/ sales admin if not meet the financing requirements and guidelines.
- Review the client request and supporting documents to issue Letter of Undertaking (LoU).
- Monitor and manage post disbursement conditions to ensure loans are in compliance with the approval terms and/or Credit Policy.
- Conduct/ participate meetings for the new and revision of policy and procedures introduced by the Product and Change Management.
- Perform closing and passthrough activities with the FinOps Department for all transactions.
- Prepare restructured Investment Note (IN) details of P2P financing and IN certificate to the Credit Admin and Collections team respectively.
- Assisting to attend enquiry/ complaint from clients relating to the disbursement process and follow-up on the repayment, whenever is required.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in banking operations or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training in banking may also be considered.
- Experience in contract financing, trade financing, invoice receivables financing and factoring will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle transaction discrepancies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing transactions and maintaining records.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in operation processes, technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
