IT Service Technician (Resident)

Job Description

• Locate, prepare the pick-up list and make preparation for rental assets delivery
• Diagnose and quality check for the rental assets return to warehouse store
• Schedule periodic rental assets health check at the warehouse store
• Record and update timely and accurately the asset movement into the systems.
• Tag and store all rental assets at the dedicated location.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and overall housekeeping
• Handle rental assets with care and safely at all time
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned Secondary
• Manage and report the rental assets movement at resident site.
• Comply with the policies and procedure at resident site.
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• Day shift
