Construction Manager

1.0 RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

1.1 Planning and managing of construction schedule, budgets and resources.

1.2 Managing team for construction tasks.

1.3 Ensure work meets expected requirements.

1.4 Coordinate with safety personnel for site safety implementation.

2.0 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

2.1 Degree in engineering or construction related field is required.

2.2 7 years of working experience in low-rise resident / bungalow construction field is required.

2.3 Demonstrate ability to manage few construction sites.

2.4 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

2.5 Healthy, strong and fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
