Your Daily ZOALA Experience
- Support hiring efforts to identify, engage, and welcome individuals who align with our mission and values.
- Build connections with universities and job fairs to attract diverse, passionate talent and showcase Zoala’s work culture.
- Design and coordinate onboarding experiences that help new team members feel valued, supported, and well-aligned.
- Manage offboarding processes with empathy and care, gathering insights to improve the employee experience.
- Organize team activities, wellness programs, and initiatives that bring people together and celebrate our unique culture.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through meaningful projects and day-to-day practices.
- Assist in crafting a culture of continuous feedback and improvement by supporting performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Help coordinate learning opportunities that empower employees to grow professionally and personally.
- Help ensure our HR policies reflect our commitment to fairness, respect, and mental wellness.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring company practices align with our mission and values.
- Provide thoughtful support to employees, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering trust.
- Keep processes and records organized to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Gather insights through surveys, feedback sessions, and conversations to make ZOALA a better place to work.
- Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
The Career Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (prior HR internship is a plus!).
- A keen interest in people, culture, and mental wellness.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools (training provided if needed).
- A collaborative mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
