  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Coordinates with customs, airlines and shipping lines for import clearances and export declarations
  • Assigns jobs to Handling Agents, Transport companies and packing
  • Coordinate with Customer service and Sales department and overseas agents
  • Reviews the performance and productivity of Suppliers and Contractors
  • To ensure the agreed all operation processes and procedures are strictly adhered
  • Strengthen controls and maintain good operations flow
  • Other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma in related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess knowledge on best practices in freight forwarding
  • Basic computer skill
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Planning Organizing, Delegation and Analytical skills
  • Willing to learn and faster learner
  • Can work with minimum supervision but team player
  • Responsible and commitment to assignment
