- Coordinates with customs, airlines and shipping lines for import clearances and export declarations
- Assigns jobs to Handling Agents, Transport companies and packing
- Coordinate with Customer service and Sales department and overseas agents
- Reviews the performance and productivity of Suppliers and Contractors
- To ensure the agreed all operation processes and procedures are strictly adhered
- Strengthen controls and maintain good operations flow
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma in related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations
- Ability to work independently
- Possess knowledge on best practices in freight forwarding
- Basic computer skill
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Planning Organizing, Delegation and Analytical skills
- Willing to learn and faster learner
- Can work with minimum supervision but team player
- Responsible and commitment to assignment
