- Data Review and Compilation: Ensure data is accurate and organized, and check for errors.
- Use of Software: Using tools such as Excel or database software to process data.
- Preparing Reports: Create reports based on the data entered.
- Physical and Digital Records Handling: Managing documents and data in physical and digital formats.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to obtain or provide data.
- Quality Monitoring: Ensure data accuracy and security.
- Education: Minimum SPM or diploma in related field is an advantage.
- Language Comprehension: Comprehension in Bahasa Malaysia; English is his advantage.

- Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data software in sales systems.
- Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills (40-50 words per minute).
- Organizational Skills: Able to organize and manage data systematically.
- Attention to Detail: Thorough and able to detect errors in data.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Experience: Experience in data processing is an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: High responsibility, discipline, and able to work under pressure.
