Product Design Leadership
- Lead the design process for our app and other user engagement platforms, focusing on user flows, interactions, and visual design to create an intuitive experience across various markets.
- Define the design guidelines and information architecture for our app, ensuring consistency across related products and services to provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to create clear and effective user interfaces that achieve both product and business goals.
User Research and Insights
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into consumer behavior and preferences, identifying opportunities for improvement in the app's functionality and generating innovative solutions.
- Analyze data from user interactions to make informed design decisions and continuously optimize the user experience.
Design Execution
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts for new features related to ordering, payment, and delivery tracking.
- Able to iterate quickly to generate a wide range of design concepts.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all apps and internal platform interfaces.
- Present and advocate for your proposed design solutions to stakeholders by effectively communicating the rationale behind your design process and how it aligns with product and business goals.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align on promotional strategies and enhance the overall user journey for the app and internal back-office portal.
Mentorship and Development
- Mentor junior designers in best practices for UI/UX design, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop training and mentorship tools to enhance design practices within the UI/UX team.
