  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The opportunity
  • Invoice & timeliness and quality job file management – raise invoices and process in line with KPIs to improve Toll’s cash flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Rate checking – check rates for all invoices to ensure integrity of invoices, reduced invoice disputes & rejections by customers and revenue assurance and end to end profitability.
  • Resolve queries & disputes with customers and branches.
  • Quality communications or initiating own efforts to quickly overcome problems to meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests.
  • Responsible to plan own workload and work within a high functioning team to coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the effective processing of global invoicing on daily basis.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
  • Need to have experience in international freight forwarding and/or invoicing or costing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work under tight deadline.
  • Advanced proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and CW1 (preferred).
  • Read, write, and speak English and Mandarin.
