Procurement Executive

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in procurement related domain is preferred.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Computer literate, strong negotiation and organization skills
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision in a fast pace environment.
• Expertise in tackling complex procurement challenges through detailed analysis.

Responsibility

• services for water projects, ensuring alignment with company business objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement needs and develop purchasing strategies.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and supplier information.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on project requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.
• Support the procurement team in preparing reports and analyzing procurement metrics.
• Assist in the procurement process by managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records, including supplier information and contract documentation.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order statuses and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and assist in analyzing supplier performance.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
