We are looking for an aggressive and over-achieving individual in a sales role with experience and passion in selling and expanding our Cloud Computing set of products and services. This person will be given a primary focus to expand our Cloud Computing business by working with other divisions and the technical teams to drive every aspect related to sales and marketing of the business. This individual must also be in a senior capacity to strategize in pipe generation, leading opportunities with Junior sales representatives and developing relationships with important stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Engage with Customers and End Users in creating and shaping opportunities and leading every aspect of the entire sales cycle of these opportunities • Strategize and formulate ways to generate pipes while interfacing with various divisions such as the Technical and Marketing teams within the organization • Ability to lead and coordinate resources to attend to tenders and RFPs and to work with relevant Business Partners and internal resources to achieve the right outcome • Build strong and relationship and interface with relevant stakeholders related to the Cloud Business • Work with the Cloud Technical team to prepare and develop strategies and plans for new customer acquisition and to expand cloud utilization of current customers • Lead a team of cloud sales representatives to ensure customer coverage and engagements are ongoing and opportunities and pipe generation are managed properly • Perform related activities to achieve assigned KPIs and business objectives Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Postgraduate Degree, in related field and industry. • Good communication skills with a great command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred. • More than 6 years of experience in Sales, particularly in the Information Technology industry with knowledge and experience in managing Enterprise or SMB customers • Experience in selling Cloud Computing and Enterprise I.T. Solutions will be an added advantage, with preference in knowledge of selling AWS or other Cloud Hyper-scalers. • Strong customer contacts and relationships related to selling Cloud or I.T. Solutions • Experience in leading a team of Sales Representatives is also preferred, although not a mandatory requirement • Candidates must be matured, independent, with great interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with business partners and customers • Candidates with skills on any of the below products and solutions are encouraged to apply: a.
