Guard Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities: * Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the security guard team * Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures. * Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel. * Monitor security operations and ensure compliance with company policies. * Perform regular inspections of security posts and equipment. * Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches. * Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies. * Prepare and submit detailed reports on security status. *Ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel. *Manage scheduling and deployment of security guards. Skills: * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Keen observational and situational awareness. *Proficiency in security equipment and technology. Experiences: * Preferably retired army personnel with minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. * Proven experience in managing security team. * Familiarity with safety and security operations. * Experience in conducting security assessments and investigations. * Demonstrated ability in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services.
