Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Executive at Training Minds Sdn Bhd, you will be a key part of our team, managing HR functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace culture. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for fostering employee engagement and development. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates. Facilitate onboarding for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company. HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database. Process payroll and manage employee benefits in coordination with the finance team. Draft and implement HR policies in line with company goals and Malaysian labor laws. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee concerns and provide timely resolutions. Organize engagement activities to promote a positive work environment. Act as a mediator during internal disputes or grievances. Training & Development Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs. Coordinate training programs to support employee growth and skills enhancement. Compliance & Legal Affairs Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations. Keep the company updated on legal changes affecting HR practices.
