Sales Executive Cum Buyer Cum Store Executive

Responsibilities Sales: 1. Sales & Account Management: Building and maintaining client relationships & managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deal and servicing existing accounts and acquiring new ones. 2. Order Processing & Fulfillment: Issuing quotations, invoices, and consignment notes. Ensuring timely delivery of products and collecting payments from customers. 3. Sales Support: Assisting in implementing sales strategies and promotions and preparing sales reports and providing market feedback. 4. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Purchasing: 1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying and selecting suppliers, obtaining quotations, and issuing Purchase Orders. 2. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely reordering to prevent stockouts. 3. Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms. 4. Compliance: Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures. Store Management: 1. Receiving & Inspection: Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying them against delivery and purchase orders. 2. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies. 3. Warehouse Operations: Organizing and maintaining the store area, ensuring proper storage and access. 4. Goods Issuance: Issuing goods to relevant departments and customers with proper documentation. 5. Returns Management: Managing the return of defective or excess goods to suppliers. 6. Record Keeping: Preparing Goods Received Notes (GRN) and updating inventory records in the system. 6. Reporting: Providing reports on inventory status to management. 7. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring a safe and organized work environment that complies with relevant standards. Others: 1. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
