Project Engineer

Primary Function 1. Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion. 2. Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation. 3. Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel. 4. Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle. 5. Maximize project efficiency and profitability. 6. Liaise with Sales Personnel from Sales Department in providing product’s information for the RFQ preparation. 7. Initiate the project management with startup meeting, project scheduling, raw material, machine as well the equipment (jig) preparation. 8. Review, identify, and discuss with internal expertise/ suppliers on technical enquiries to fulfill the requirement & development of the project. 9. Cooperating and communicating with the customer, project manager and other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability. 10. Establishing field test methods, methods for monitoring the quality of those tests and data collection. 11. Participate in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEAs), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEAs), Quality history reviews, robustness studies and contribute in continues improvement activities. 12. Monitoring changes to designs and assessing impacts on project costs. 13. Involve in document preparation such as PMP, FMEA, Packing Method, etc. 14. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
