Channel Operation Executive (Mandarin Speaker ONLY)

Job description: 1.Responsible for voice channel operations, improving channel flow by formulating channel strategies, planning and implementing activities, managing guild anchors, etc.; 2.Maintain the relationship between core guilds and anchors, help guilds improve their operating capabilities, and incubate high-quality anchors; 3.Collect dynamic news about competitive products in the industry, and follow hot topics to adjust policies and strategies in a timely manner; 4.Conduct data analysis on the channel, follow up review, and optimize strategies Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for working with diverse stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in channel operations, partnership management, or related roles. Previous experience in managing voice channels, guilds, or live streaming platforms is highly advantageous. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to monitor and evaluate channel performance. Strong understanding of global voice channel or live streaming market, including trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape. Proven experience in maintaining relationships with partners, such as guilds and influencers. Ability to onboard, mentor, and improve the performance of partners and high-quality anchors. Ability to develop and implement effective channel strategies to improve user flow and engagement. Quick adaptability to adjust strategies in response to changing industry dynamics or competitive pressures. Willingness to travel locally or regionally to manage relationships with guilds, anchors, and partners.
