Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions. - Ensure clients' needs and expectations are met, and work proactively to prevent issues. 2. Account Administration & Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. - Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and project outcomes for management. - Monitor account health and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or renewals. - Ensure that all financial documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules, is properly managed. 5. Problem Solving & Client Support: - Address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of the project or after delivery. - Work with internal teams to resolve client problems and find solutions that maintain client satisfaction. - Act as an advocate for the client within the company, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized. 6. Market and Product Knowledge: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. - Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present solutions to clients. - Participate in product training and company events to deepen knowledge of offerings. 7. Collaboration & Teamwork: - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, sales strategies, and promotional efforts. - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation. - Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs, market trends, and product improvements. Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role. - Experience in managing client relationships, sales pipelines, and project execution is a plus. - Key Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Negotiation and sales skills with a results-driven approach. --- Working Conditions: - Work Environment: Office-based, with occasional travel to meet clients or attend events (depending on the industry). - Working Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required based on client needs or project deadlines.
