JOB DESCRIPTION • Oversee the document control system to ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and accessible while assigning consistent tracking details. • Ensure documentation adheres to policies, standards, and regulations, supporting audits and approval processes. • Maintain version control by tracking revisions, notifying teams of updates, and archiving outdated versions. • Facilitate seamless documentation flow, distribute documents promptly, and address document-related issues. • Protect sensitive information, enforce access controls, and back up digital files to ensure data security. • Leverage document management tools, train employees on their use, and enforce adherence to protocols. • Identify inefficiencies, update SOPs, and integrate best practices to enhance document control processes. • Maintain and provide access to manufacturing-related documents to support efficient production workflows. REQUIREMENTS • Possess a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Business Administration, Records Management or related field. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in document control within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Computer literate with MS Office skills. • Good communication, organizational skill with strong attention to detail. • Familiar with ISO 9001, 14000 quality standards and other industry-specific regulations.
