We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to be the face of our brand in-store. If you have a love for food, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy engaging with people, this role is perfect for you. Criteria: • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service. • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to quickly learn and communicate product details. • Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and address inquiry. • Willing to learn, adapt, and contribute actively to team efforts. • Age: 20-40 years • No experience needed • Qualification: SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent Key Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring and optimizing production processes for efficiency. • Support the engineering team in troubleshooting production issues. • Learn to operate production equipment and ensure quality control. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. • Work with cross-functional teams on projects and process improvements.
