  • Organize and manage storage areas for promotional and gift items.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including purchase orders and delivery orders.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as transportation and display setups.
  • Ensure all orders meet company and customer standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales and administrative tasks.
  • Minimum Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
