Location: Menara TM, Bangsar
Basic Salary: RM 2,000
Transport Allowance: RM 200
Performance Allowance: RM 300
Shift Allowance: RM 60
Technical Skill Allowance: RM 250
Quarterly Performance Incentive: RM 250
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via multiple channels: phone, WhatsApp, chat, email, and SMS.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical issues, and TM product-related questions.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow up on customer requests in a timely manner.
- Deliver prompt, professional service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong customer relationships and provide an exceptional experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
