Job Description:
- Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining credit cards
- No Sales and out bond call required
- Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on rotational shifts(NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS)
- Must be willing to work in the office
- Possess a Diploma/Degree (SPM holders must have experience)
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
- Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.

Working hours: Training For 1 month : 8.45am –5.45pm
Job : 8am -2pm
Shift After training:
Rotational Shift:
- 8am - 5am
- 9am - 6pm
- 10am - 7pm
- 11am - 8pm
- 12pm - 9pm
- 1pm -- 10pm
- 2pm - 11pm
