Otis/ Sigma is growing and is looking for a Service Mechanic for one of our entities, located in Klang Valley.
Otis / Sigma sedang berkembang dan mencari Mekanik Servis untuk salah satu entiti kami yang di Lembah Klang.
Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
Keutamaan anda adalah untuk memastikan keselamatan penumpang dan pihak teknikal berkenaan dengan memasang unit-unit lif dan eskalator dengan keadaan yang selamat.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
Melakukan 100% kerja penyelenggaraan lif dan lawatan kerja perkhidmatan lif di bawah jagaan/portfolio anda
Work within your defined geographical area/territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
Menjaga portfolio Lif di kawasan-kawasan tertentu
Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fix
Membalas kes kerosakan secara proaktif dan pantas untuk, bertujuan untuk mencapai pembaikian di kali pertama
Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
Menjalankan pembaikian kecil supaya Lif meneruskan operasi
Liaise directly with the customer while on-site to build a good working relationship
Berhubung terus dengan klien bangunan semasa berada di tapak kerja supaya membina hubungan kerja yang baik
What you will need to be successful
Minimum SPM holder or electricity and electrical engineering qualifications/certificates
Minima SPM atau Sijil yang sesuai dalam bidang kejuruteraan berkenaan Electricity dan Kejuruteraan Elektrical.
Hold a valid motorcycle license
Memegang Lesen Motosikal yang sah.
Have at least 12 months of experience in the elevator industry
Sekurang-kurangnya 12 bulan pengalaman dalam sektor Lif.
Is a committed professional, with safety as your priority
Seorang yang bersifat profesional dan berdedikasi, dengan mengutamakan keselamatan.
Good communication skills and have the ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
Kemahiran berkomunikasi dengan pelbagai orang
You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
Selesa menggunakan alat elektronik dan digital.
