IT Security Governance

• Runs the IT Security governance operations as BAU.
• Assist in developing workflows for transitioning IT Security Policy into implementation plans and operational readiness.
• Assist with implementing applicable security audits, compliance, and certifications across Maybank, following industry best practices, such as ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Able to explain compliance and information security controls across multiple security frameworks, such as ISO 2700x, PCI, CSA, CIS, and NIST standards, to users.
• RMiT adoption, tracking and reporting to the Head of IT Security Governance
• Assist with the continuous improvement of the IT Security governance processes

Qualifications

• Candidates must be from Banking, Insurance, Vendor/ Service Provider, Big 4, e-wallet , Fintech
• Knowledge of IT/IS Frameworks: Familiarity with IT SOX, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 1, 2, 3, and other IT governance frameworks and best practices.
• Creative, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, influencing and presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible approach, ensuring smooth interaction across diverse teams.
• Strong drive to excel professionally and to guide and motivate others.
• Proven ability to manage relationships effectively and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively across business units.

Possessing professional certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, TOGAF, ISO 27001, CCNA, Cloud (AWS, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.), relevant certifications, or other related professional IT certifications will be an added advantage.
