We are hiring a Junior Executive to join our dynamic Group Learning Team and drive impactful learning and development initiatives across M Group. If you’re passionate about fostering growth, optimizing training systems, and collaborating with people at all levels, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
For Junior Executive (based at Pulau Indah, Port Klang)
- Identify Training Needs and Deliver Programs: Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement engaging programs that align with company goals, using diverse and interactive methods.
- Champion eLearning on the LMS: Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS), creating and uploading impactful eLearning content using tools like Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
- Streamline Processes and Ensure Compliance: Maintain and update training Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure training records are accurate, and support compliance requirements.
- Analyze Data and Use Feedback: Collect feedback, analyze training outcomes, and generate reports to continuously improve training effectiveness and employee onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Junior Executive Candidates: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or related fields, with 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development or Learning. Exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Senior Executive Candidates: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or related fields, with 4+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading learning initiatives is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a strong advantage for both roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
