Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them through solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Bilingual in [specific languages] is a plus but not required
