Job description:

Identify and source for profitable sites for the opening of US Pizza stores in line with the Company's store growth targets.
Conduct stie surveys & evaluation, complete and submit siter proposals for management consideration.
Arrange and coordinate site inspection and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
Engaging with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas which are to be substantiated via qualitative/comparative assessments undertaken with utmost professionalism and transparency.
Other short-term project-based tasks as and when asigned by leadership of the department.
To perform any other work as and when required.

Job requirements:

Candidate preferably to have at least 1 (one) year working experience in the field of real estate, or retail business development, marketing, public relations or economics.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any discipline.
Disciplined, results oriented, professional and with minimum supervision, reporting and updating head-office as pre-determined by leadership.
Computer literate and reasonably well versed in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel & Word.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,800.00 per month
