Job description:

  • Identify and source for profitable sites for the opening of US Pizza stores in line with the Company's store growth targets.
  • Conduct stie surveys & evaluation, complete and submit siter proposals for management consideration.
  • Arrange and coordinate site inspection and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
  • Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
  • Engaging with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
  • Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas which are to be substantiated via qualitative/comparative assessments undertaken with utmost professionalism and transparency.
  • Other short-term project-based tasks as and when asigned by leadership of the department.
  • To perform any other work as and when required.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate preferably to have at least 1 (one) year working experience in the field of real estate, or retail business development, marketing, public relations or economics.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any discipline.
  • Disciplined, results oriented, professional and with minimum supervision, reporting and updating head-office as pre-determined by leadership.
  • Computer literate and reasonably well versed in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel & Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,800.00 per month
