Customer Service:
- Register incoming patients into the Medex, Encore Med and Meditex.
- Prepare the charge chit and sticker for the registered patients.
- Assist Embryologist/Nurse in printing out additional stickers.
- Attend to calls and inquiries (via phone call).
- Attend to walk in customer inquiries for offered services.
- Fix appointment for the patients.
- Fix appointment for the inter-branch patients.
- Compilation of patient feedback forms.
- Update patient post-delivery pregnancy outcome in Medex.
- Attend to the Pathlab & Lalamove riders.
Cashier:
- Handle cashier's role (charging, billing & payment).
- Collect outstanding payment and prepare monthly outstanding report.
- To ensure update daily collection report on daily basis.
- Checking on overall payment.
- Responsible for daily sales collection and keep accurate records of daily transactions.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amount is correct and tally with the MHIS and credit card payments received to ensure no discrepancies.
- Responsible for cash, credit card payments records received.
- Prepare and provide accurate invoices for customers; collect payment accordingly
- To ensure high safety and ethical practice standards.
- To ensure high standard operating protocol is adhere to.
- Provide administrative and management support.
- To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of the centre as the need arise.
- To be in-charge or assist in certain project/s as and when directed by the management.
- Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or Management.
- Back up Admin Assistant position whenever necessary (during lunch breaks or leaves).
- To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of Sunfert Group as the need arises.

Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management / Administration which includes quality management modules or equivalent with relevant working experience.
- Must possess very good organization skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong oral and communication skills, be open-minded and innovative.
- Knowledge in statistical analysis, and quality improvement processes/tools and have the ability to build relationships with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, energetic, proactive.
