Job Scope
- Assist in processing payroll for employees on a timely basis
- Support calculations of wages, overtime, deductions and bonuses as needed
- Support in ensuring timely distribution of paychecks
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including tax and employment information
- Support payroll in validating Kronos Overtime Report by comparing Overtime Codes with systems data
- Assist with LHDN Audit and preparation of audit reports
- Registration of newly hired employees in government portal
- Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audit
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience with strong technical accounting knowledge in a Multinational Company setup, preferably in a FMCG setup or reputable audit firms
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Good communication skill
