DIGITAL MARKETING EXEC

Job Description:
NOIR HEALTH AND BEAUTY are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. As part of the marketing team, you will help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content for ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, creating regular content, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Optimize website content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters to communicate with customers and prospects.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and technology.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative and able to think outside the box to develop engaging campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
