Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Implementing and enforcing financial policies and procedures

· Providing support and guidance to the Finance team

· Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors

· Continuously identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

· Prepare contra payments for sales and purchases

· Prepare Lampiran M1 & M2 for customs purposes

· Prepare and check that closing stock quantities tally with Lampiran M1.

· Update the general ledger for monthly closing.

· Monitor debit notes and credit notes.

· Update ERP data entry in the system.

· Prepare the yearly Lampiran M4.

· Monitor and renew licenses for JKKP, MPK, and scrap.

· Monitor and prepare customs documentation and renewals.

· Submit e-invoice for local sales.

· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirement

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards

· Proficient in using financial software (SQL), Excel and Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Willing to work in Klang, Bukit Raja

· 5 days’ work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
