Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Vacancy Management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, team needs, and qualifications.
  • Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and internal channels).
  • Review and edit job descriptions to align with the current business and market needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Proactively source candidates using various methods such as online job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), direct sourcing, headhunting, and job fairs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage potential candidates and promote the employer brand.
  • Screening and Shortlisting:
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job description.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and interest in the position.
  • Shortlist candidates based on fit and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Interviewing:
  • Coordinate and conduct structured interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates’ technical skills, behavioral traits, and cultural fit.
  • Use a variety of interview techniques such as competency-based or situational interviews to assess candidate capabilities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent, objective, and fair interview process.
  • Candidate Assessment:
  • Administer pre-employment tests, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Evaluate and assess candidates' skills through work samples, technical tests, or other assessments where applicable.
  • Offer Management:
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of employment.
  • Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates, in collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, documentation, and employment contracts are prepared and processed accurately.
  • Onboarding Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are met and that the new hire is provided with the necessary tools and resources on their first day.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice by fostering a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a strong employer brand.
  • Recruitment Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
