Key Responsibilities:
- Job Vacancy Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, team needs, and qualifications.
- Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and internal channels).
- Review and edit job descriptions to align with the current business and market needs.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source candidates using various methods such as online job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), direct sourcing, headhunting, and job fairs.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage potential candidates and promote the employer brand.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job description.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and interest in the position.
- Shortlist candidates based on fit and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Interviewing:
- Coordinate and conduct structured interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates’ technical skills, behavioral traits, and cultural fit.
- Use a variety of interview techniques such as competency-based or situational interviews to assess candidate capabilities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent, objective, and fair interview process.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Administer pre-employment tests, background checks, and reference checks.
- Evaluate and assess candidates' skills through work samples, technical tests, or other assessments where applicable.
- Offer Management:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of employment.
- Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates, in collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, documentation, and employment contracts are prepared and processed accurately.
- Onboarding Coordination:
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are met and that the new hire is provided with the necessary tools and resources on their first day.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice by fostering a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a strong employer brand.
- Recruitment Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
