  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Inbound Call Management: Handle inbound calls while maintaining excellent sales and customer experience behaviors throughout interactions.
  • Needs Analysis & Solutions: Take a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend new products and services to support business success.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide solutions within the Scope of Support (SOS), guide towards third-party resolution, or recommend paid solutions as required.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist with product issues to ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve key targets, including First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience or 6 months of freight forwarding experience.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Preferably familiar with sea freight, airfreight forwarding, contract logistics, and overland businesses.
  • Sales Background: Experience in sales is an added advantage.
  • Training: Comprehensive training provided to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Language Allowance: Additional RM300 for language proficiency.
