  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

As a Procurement Executive, you are work closely with various department to ensure procurement operation run smoothly to avoid supply disruption. You are also required to liaise with principal for timely delivery and coordinate with forwarder for clearance matter. Ensure all book keeping record up to date.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Follow up on goods delivery/ import shipment schedule with local and overseas Vendors/ Suppliers for products/ good purchase and ensure that goods are shipped and delivered on promised dates.

· Manage and monitor clearance cycle include follow up shipping documents with principal and check and confirm K1 draft.

· Maintain a complete updated Purchasing record and pricing in the system.

· Verify, check and confirm correct for all Purchasing Invoices together with shipping documents and submit to Accounts Department for processing payment without delay.

· To prepare Purchasing Monthly Reports and submit to top management on time.

· Reconcile month end stock balance and submit monthly stock report to Finance Department.

· Represent attend Purchasing meeting and other meeting as and when required.

· Ensure Purchasing documents are properly filed on time and for easily retrieval.

· Work closely with various stakeholder to ensure timeliness of information and data accuracy to avoid supply disruptions and other related activities

· To perform any other ad-hoc Purchasing Operations assignments/ duties and when directed by Superior/ Management.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

· Minimum Degree/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management/ Accounting/ Business Management/ Economics or its equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

· Related working experience in FMCG industry

· Computer literacy - Excel, Words, Power Points, SQL Financial Accounting, ERP Pronto System and etc.

· Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skill, forecasting and mathematical skill and have passion with figure.

· Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

· Must be effective communicators and fluent in both oral and written: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin language is an added advantage.

· Good attitude, focus, persuasive, diligent, willing to learn.

· Possess own transport.

· Based in Shah Alam.
