Job Description : The Strategic Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives by analyzing and optimizing operational processes, identifying efficiencies, and providing actionable insights to enhance overall business performance. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of business operations and strategy. Broad knowledge in SEA market analysis. Knowledge in Fintech. Data Analysis & Reporting: -Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insights into operational performance and business trends. -Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide recommendations to senior management. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to ensure business goals are being met. Process Improvement: -Evaluate existing processes across departments and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. -Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new operational strategies and process improvements. -Ensure that process changes align with business objectives and overall strategy. Strategic Planning Support: -Assist in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan by providing operational insights and data-driven recommendations. -Work closely with management to define short- and long-term business objectives, and ensure operational alignment with strategic goals. Project Management: -Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and achieving business goals. -Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables. -Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve any project-related issues or roadblocks. Competitive & Market Analysis: -Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making. -Identify opportunities for growth and potential risks in the market environment. Stakeholder Communication: -Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting operational performance, risks, and opportunities. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that operational strategies are clearly understood and effectively executed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: -3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business analysis, or related roles. -Proven track record of working on process optimization, strategic initiatives, or project management. -Experience in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis platforms. Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and presentation abilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Requirements: -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. -Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma. • Experience with financial modeling and budgeting. • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other operational tools.
