Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage customers enquiries by phone, email, text messenger app etc professionally
  • Provide support to the sales team though out the full sales cycle
  • Follow up with customers on their billing matters and overdue payment
  • Generate and submit monthly sales report
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing
  • Assist in office daily operations and general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/STPM/A Level or equivalent
  • Working experience in similar administrative roles will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work as a team or independently

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm
