Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage customers enquiries by phone, email, text messenger app etc professionally
- Provide support to the sales team though out the full sales cycle
- Follow up with customers on their billing matters and overdue payment
- Generate and submit monthly sales report
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing
- Assist in office daily operations and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/STPM/A Level or equivalent
- Working experience in similar administrative roles will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
- Able to work as a team or independently
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm
