          • Market Analysis & Competitor Research:
            • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
            • Budget and Resource Management:
              • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
              • Ensure the profitability of deals by balancing pricing, discounts, and terms while maximizing revenue.
              • Identify and invest in tools and technologies that improve sales efficiency.
              • Collaboration and Coordination:
                • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
                • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within outdoor advertising or a related industry is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
