- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure the profitability of deals by balancing pricing, discounts, and terms while maximizing revenue.
- Identify and invest in tools and technologies that improve sales efficiency.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within outdoor advertising or a related industry is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
